We are seeking a full time Demi Chef de Partie to join our Executive Chef Paul Nixon and his team of 11 chefs and 3 kitchen porters. The team prides itself on preparing award winning food for our conference, wedding, room service, Brasserie, Fine Dining and afternoon tea guests.

Our contemporary Reflections Brasserie opens for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and has achieved a Rosette for its quality food. Serving residents, spa guests and local patrons.
Our newly launched AG’s Grillroom is our fine dining restaurant offering two rosette quality food for lunch and dinner service.
We also have a range of first class private dining rooms for private functions from 6-120.
