A Brasserie Manager is required to work with the support of an Assistant Brasserie Manager and reporting to our Food Services Manager to ensure the standard of food and beverage service within our Brasserie which has achieved a Rosette in 2008. Working with a team of full time and part time employees within this busy Brasserie operation catering for spa guests, business guests and hotel residents. Our Brasserie serves breakfast from 7am and caters for our business and spa guests throughout the day, and concludes with dinner service for resident and non resident guests.

We also operate a Fine Dining Restaurant (2 Rosettes) and several private dining rooms catering for a range of business and leisure clientele. Our food service staff work across these different food service areas.

Presentable appearance, good communication skills and the energy to deliver excellent customer service are required. You will also have the ability to manage and motivated our team of waiters/esses to ensure excellent levels of food and beverage service as well as ensuring the Brasserie is presented to the highest possible standards at all times.

Previous management/supervisory experience within a quality establishment is required.
Shifts cover 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.

In return we offer a salary of £20,000 per annum, 20 days holiday with a further potential 8 days for Bank Holiday working. Following successful completion of a 12 week trial period company discounts for treatments, food and beverage and accommodation for friends and family are available.
