We are seeking a full time Breakfast Chef to join our Executive Chef Paul Nixon and his team of 11 chefs and 3 kitchen porters. The team prides itself on preparing award winning food for our conference, wedding, room service, Brasserie, Fine Dining and afternoon tea guests. But one of the most important meals of the day is breakfast as this is the last meal our guests have before departing from the hotel. We are therefore seeking a chef, we enjoys early mornings! and will come in to prepare food for our breakfast buffet and hot food items to order for our guests in Reflections Brasserie. We are flexible on weekly working hours and days of work. You will need to be available to start at 6.30am to be ready for breakfast service. We offer a salary based on your hours and days of work. Based on a full 5 day 40 hour week you will earn 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. Preferential rates for hotel accommodation, food and beverage and spa treatments across the group for employees families and friends.
