Food and beverage service staff are required for our busy Brasserie operation catering for spa guests, business guests and hotel residents.
Presentable appearance, good communication skills and the energy to deliver excellent customer service are required.
Duties include; meeting and greeting customers, order taking, service of food and beverage, setting and clearing of tables, cleanliness of the brasserie, preparations for service.
Shifts are available across the week with our busiest periods being Fri to Mon. Brasserie service starts with breakfast service and then continues throughout the day including dinner service. Shifts are organised across the full service day so include some early mornings and late evenings.
Previous customer service experience required but training can be given on our service standards.
Those with previous food service experience within a quality environment will receive the top rate of pay.
