We are seeking a full time Commis Chef to join our Executive Head Phillip Dixon and his team of 6 chefs and 2 kitchen porters. The team prides itself on preparing award winning food for our conference, wedding, room service, Fine Dining and afternoon tea guests.
This stunning Elizabethan property with its manicured grounds is also available for exclusive use for functions and events.

You will see from our guest website pages found on this website that we have a range of private dining facilities as well as our renowned 2 Rosette Mulberry Restaurant.

We offer a salary of £13,000 based on a 5 day week, with 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. Preferential rates for hotel accommodation, food and beverage and spa treatments across the group for employees families and friends.
Live in accommodation may be available for this role to assist with relocation.
